Ingwald Moe House

This house is an example of the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, Marion Mahony, and Walter Burley Griffin three of the Prairie School's most noted architects.
This Wright design was sold to Ingwald Moe and built by his contracting company, General Construction Company. This was the begining of a long professional association with Wright. In 1916, Moe became the Gary representative for American System-Built housing.
This house is an unsupervised Wright design. Marion Mahony, is responsible for several noteworthy interior embellishments. Walter Burley Griffin, is noted as being the landscape architect.
